  Great sales service in store. Very helpful. Installation crew could have used help. They could not figure out how to remove the garbage disposal. Also scratched our walls up pretty good bringing in the refrigerator, despite me asking them to pay particular attention to it. Finally, although I paid for disposal of the old appliances, they left one appliance in the garage. We have called twice now to have it come picked up only to be told someone will when there's another crew in the neighborhood. Very sad. I had heard better things about them for the most part.

  Purchased four piece kitchen package. Was installed on time but the electric range was damaged. Install was 8/19/17. Have been waiting for new item to be repaired/replaced. Was told parts not available until end of October? So 4-6 weeks to repair brand new installed appliance is not a positive buying experience. Of the four times when called service dept have yet to be answered live & voicemail is only option. Never received a followup call from sales person or store management. Still waiting for them to make it right.
